While discovering the interior garden of the Le Joy restaurant located in the heart of the Barrière Hotel Le Fouquet’s Paris, Pastry Chef Nicolas Paciello imagined an Easter egg that looks like a bird cage.
Made in 72% pure dark chocolate from Venezuela, this creation blends perfectly into the decor chosen by Jacques Garcia for the hushed bar at Le Joy. A hand-painted décor plunging guests into a springtime and floral atmosphere.
An original creation, as beautiful as it is greedy thanks to its base with hazelnut, feuillantine and milk chocolate praline, which shelters a small, brightly coloured bird made of white chocolate. The latter recalls the birds painted on the four corners of the bar Le Joy.
