On Monday 7th December, in the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II and numerous Monegasque personalities, the “Fondation Flavien, un nouvel espoir” presented a cheque for €100,000 to the Scientific Centre of Monaco to support research in favour of the fight against paediatric cancers. For several years now, the “Mechanisms of resistance to targeted therapies” team of the CSM’s Medical Biology Department has been focusing its research on developing effective and appropriate therapies for paediatric cancers.
Thanks to the support of the Fondation Flavien, great advances in terms of research have been made. The teams from the Department of Medical Biology presented their work during this event to highlight the importance of research and to thank the Flavien Foundation and the Government of Monaco for their active support.
