This year, the House of Philippe Conticini presents 4 original and gourmet logs. Famous for his emotional cakes, the Chef revisits the traditional log through an exceptional work on taste and flavours. Discover delicate and tasty associations such as jasmine and blackcurrant, kumquat and white chocolate or even an all-chocolate variation. A fourth exceptional log is also presented, in exclusive collaboration with Galeries Lafayette. This creation, based on coconut, pineapple almond and ginger, invites our taste buds to exotic and comforting journeys.
