As of 5 April 2021, the new Lenôtre Culinary Arts School will open its doors in Rungis, a stone’s throw from the world’s largest fresh produce market. A strategic location and a significantly larger space, for optimal teaching quality.
The objectives are to improve the quality of life and learning for students by reinventing itself through a new location, a new offer and a new ambition. This is an opportunity for the School to join the “Rungis Academy”, a training hub for the food industry, designed as the “Silicon Valley of professional training at the Rungis International Market”.
